Can I use my own price list?
Yes. Your materials, labor and accessories live in a product catalog with your costs and sell prices. Line items pull from it, and margin is calculated on every estimate.
Does it do proposals with warranties and photos?
Yes. An estimate can go out as a proposal packet: cover page, the estimate, your warranty and manufacturer pages, product sheets and job photos, in the order you choose. Templates keep the packet the same on every job.
Is e-signature included?
On every plan. The homeowner signs online from the link you send; you get the signed PDF and a notification. No third-party signing subscription.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. The whole app runs in English and Spanish and each user picks their own language, so a Spanish-speaking estimator and an English-speaking office share the same estimates and see them in their own words.
Can it also measure the roof?
