RoofExa is developed and operated by RoofExa LLC, based in Butler, WI 53007. We did not set out to sell software. We built the estimator our own crews needed, and then opened it to other contractors.

A homeowner calls on Monday. Somebody drives out, climbs up, sketches the roof, orders a report, waits, prices it in a spreadsheet, and emails a PDF on Thursday. By then two other contractors have already handed over a number.

RoofExa reads the roof from current aerial imagery of the address and returns squares, pitch, ridge, hip, valley, and eave, facet by facet. No ladder, no second trip, no third-party report to wait on.

Every company on RoofExa is a separate tenant. Your customers, measurements, pricing, and documents belong to you, they are never sold, and you can export or delete them. See the Privacy Policy.

No lock-in
Plans are monthly, you cancel from inside your account, and nothing is charged during your free trial unless you choose a plan. The terms are written plainly in the Terms of Service.
